Biography
Tammie Tsang, N.C. is a certified Holistic Nutritionist, professional chef, speaker, and clean food educator, with a passion for combining holistic nutrition with exciting flavours. Her dedication to holistic nutrition stems from her love of cooking, and the urgent need to address the disconnect between human nutrition needs, our food and eco-systems. After all, what we eat is the most important variable to our health and wellbeing, that we have within our full control.
Her work is multifaceted, spanning private holistic nutrition coaching, functional and health food production, public speaking, and educational workshops. Tammie also specializes in menu and recipe development for special dining events. She trained at the prestigious Natural Gourmet Institute in New York, and Bauman College in California, and has honed her skills at renowned restaurants, including Blue Hill at Stone Barns (2 Michelin stars) in New York and Grassroots Pantry in Hong Kong.
As a mother of two, Tammie is a strong advocate for introducing real, whole foods to children as early as six months of age. She partners with local organic farmers and food producers committed to sustainable, low-toxicity farming practices. Through her work, she empowers individuals to make delicious, but informed, food choices that support healing in a holistic, and long-lasting manner.
