Biography
Vincent Bekkering is an internationally recognized expert in Post-Surgical Recovery, Chronic Pain, and Stress Processing. As the Founder of Bekk Practice in Switzerland and with over 13 years of experience, he focuses on revealing the profound impact of often overlooked issues, such as forgotten scars, which can be the root of chronic pain.
Trained in Advanced Systemic Fascia Therapy and Bihemispheric Stimulation, Vincent combines and integrates the treatment of the various parts of the human system. His expertise lies in addressing the physical, emotional, and nervous system consequences of procedures like abdominal surgery, orthopedic surgery, plastic surgery, or Cesarean sections.
His guiding principle is that only when you recognize the different aspects of a cause do you have the opportunity to solve it in the long term.
Vincent’s approach to treat adhesions in the fascia can significantly help clients who experience chronic pain, back issues, high stress/anxiety, or post-surgery discomfort. His treatments aim to release physical and emotional scars, effectively reducing stress levels in the autonomic nervous system. Through his personalized one-on-one sessions, he helps patients restore their body’s balance and achieve lasting relief.
As a teacher and developer, he tries to pass on his practical knowledge to other therapists worldwide and incorporate it into aids in the wellness and therapy sector.
